For dental implantology, we use digital technology to generate a scan of your case, from the cast model. For many implant cases, we use titanium inserts or Ti-bases. Implants that are placed at a difficult angle, we use Dynamic Solutions Angled Screw Channel (ASC) Ti-bases for correcting angles up to 30 degrees. This makes most of our work screw-retained and more importantly, retrievable.
For titanium and zirconia abutments and bars or beams, we design and export jobs to an external milling centre. High-level accuracy milling of metal requires the most advanced technology to achieve the results you require.
Advances with translucent zirconia and PEEK/PEKK super polymers enable us to design full arch cases, with monolithic restorations that are strong and accurate.
We design all our implant work on CAD/CAM systems.

GUIDED STENTS
Guided stents help you set the most appropriate implant position to achieve great results. They can also help reduce treatment time which is good for patients and cost-effective for you.
We manufacture guided stents and temporary restorations for fitting on the day of surgery, using Nobel Clinician, Straumann CARES and Blue Sky Bio.
Malcolm has over 30 years’ experience, having started his career as a crown and bridge technician in 1990. He qualified as a dental technician in 1995 and moved to one of the largest labs in the country, where he spent 24 years. He has vast experience in implants, prosthetics, crown and bridge.
