Our adaptable laboratory can provide excellent results for most dental implantology systems.
As a dentist accepting referrals for dental implants, you need a dental laboratory partner that you can trust. A team with the knowledge and resources to support you and a helping hand when you are navigating your way through a complex case. Stephen Green Dental Studio can provide everything you need to achieve the results you desire.
For dental implantology, we use digital technology to generate a scan of your case, from the cast model. For many implant cases, we use titanium inserts or Ti-bases. Implants that are placed at a difficult angle, we use Dynamic Solutions Angled Screw Channel (ASC) Ti-bases for correcting angles up to 30 degrees. This makes most of our work screw-retained and more importantly, retrievable.
For titanium and zirconia abutments and bars or beams, we design and export jobs to an external milling centre. High-level accuracy milling of metal requires the most advanced technology to achieve the results you require.
Advances with translucent zirconia and PEEK/PEKK super polymers enable us to design full arch cases, with monolithic restorations that are strong and accurate.
We design all our implant work on CAD/CAM systems.
IMPLANT TREATMENT PLANNING
A properly planned and fabricated prosthesis is a team effort.
Stephen Green Dental Studio works closely with you to provide advice on treatment options and suggested material use. We support you to find the best solution for each case.
Our belief is that sharing knowledge and experience will ensure the best outcome for patients. We recommend contacting our team before you send your first implant case to us, so we can verify that we support with your chosen system. This will also enable us to prepare appropriately and understand your preferences.
Guided stents help you set the most appropriate implant position to achieve great results. They can also help reduce treatment time which is good for patients and cost-effective for you.
We manufacture guided stents and temporary restorations for fitting on the day of surgery, using Nobel Clinician, Straumann CARES and Blue Sky Bio.
