We design and manufacture all our dental crown and bridge work in-house.
DIGITAL MILLING SOLUTIONS
We mill in high strength, high-quality materials that provide excellent aesthetic results (metal bonded crowns are also available). For veneers, we use thin ceramic or monolithic glass ceramics. In addition, Gold alloys 60%, 40%, 20% & 10% are available (prices vary).
KEEPING YOU IN CONTROL
We can also use digital design as a communication tool, particularly if we want to review a specific case. For example, we may propose an alternative method of design that could provide improved outcomes. We demonstrate this in 3D format as a virtual case before we commit to manufacture.
If there are any further concerns or challenges with the design, we can manufacture or mill an acrylic prototype try-in. This gives you an the opportunity to review before proceeding to final manufacture.
Our approach to crown and bridgework is the same as everything we do. We are a solution-based dental laboratory, so we provide options whether you send us a basic crown case or a multi-unit bridge. Everything we do gets the same care and attention.
