Our delivery service drivers visit clients in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire every day.


Please allow seven working days for completion of general crown, bridge and denture work. Additional time may be requested for more complex jobs, depending on production timescales and material availability. Should this happen, a member of our team will contact you by your preferred method as soon as possible. We will ensure you are aware of the current situation and make you aware of our revised delivery date. Such occurrences are rare but we understand that our communication to clients is essential to your treatment planning.

Due to current challenges with supply and demand, we maintain a good stock level to minimise disruption to our clients.


Just get in touch before 9.30am for a same-day visit from your local driver. We will also provide you with the contact details for your local driver, should you need to speak to them.

We use postal and courier services for clients further outside our area. Orders will me placed in protective packaging for safe transportation.


If you are outside of our current delivery area, we have two options.

We use Royal Mail for regular out-of-area deliveries. Packages are sent via first class post and recorded delivery service.

In addition, we use the services of a national courier service. This is currently a premium service and may attract an additional transportation fee. With increased volumes of work, we can discuss a service and benefits package. Our commitment is to building long-term working relationships.
